Actually, this is being repaired with the entire lining replaced and the blind being redesigned. The other two items is pretty much true although we are hopeful that the pond will be restored. The East Pond is another item and as much patience as I have shown over the few years trying to stay on top of things there. I find it unforgivable that the opportunity to put a long solution into place was not implemented in 2011. And so here we go again. Keep the faith peeps (said in a weak voice)!
