The reported BLUE-WINGED TEALS were resting in a cut, the male periodically lifting its head up so it could be IDed. Meantime, the TRICOLORED HERON was flying about. FORSTER'S TERNS were fishing in the pond and there were a number of LAUGHING GULLS were flying over. The FOS for the site was a SEASIDE SPARROW along the pond edge by the first bridge.
