A late morning drive (11:30) down Ocean Pkwy to WE2 produced the following:
Ocean Pkwy: 4 Rough-legged Hawks between Oak Beach and Tobay. All 4 were hovering and actively hunting. On the way back east a few hours later, they were not to be found. Coast Guard Station: A mixed flock of Snow Buntings and Horned Larks (about 50 of each) was feeding on the lawn to the east of the bathrooms. Among the group were 4 Lapland Longspurs. West End 2: I walked the median between the Coast Guard Station and WE2 and was unsuccessful in locating the previously reported Bohemian Waxwing.
