This morning, a group of about 30 people walked the trails of Pelham Bay Park. There were great views of both male and female Great Horned Owls and then a very adorable owlet. Other highlights included a gorgeous Red-headed Woodpecker, a Glossy Ibis, several Osprey, a pair of Kingfishers, an Eastern Kingbird, several Snowy Egrets and many Greater Yellowlegs, all down at Turtle Cove. It was a beautiful day to be out there!
