Thank you Seth for posting earlier.

Shai Mitra just called to report seeing the Red-necked Stint on the
small amount of exposed flats that are available.  The tide is still
very high at Cupsogue, so exercise caution if you go.

I'll have photos posted later on my blog and I am sure others will
post theirs as well.
