Date: June 1 2013 Location: Sterling Forest The Brooklyn Botanic Garden Birding class (BBG) just complete its spring birding series with a very successful trip to Sterling Forest in Orange County. We recorded some 30 species with excellent views of Cerulean Warbler, Black-billed Cuckoo, Hooded Warbler, Scarlet Tanager, and Indigo Bunting. We also had so-so views of Yellow-billed Cuckoo and Golden-winged Warbler. These birds were all found on Ironwood Drive. Best Joe Giunta --
