Sam Janazzo and I watched a rough legged hawk along Meadowbrook Pk'way this afternoon about 1:30 seeing it twice. Once about 1 1/2 miles North of Loop Pk'way and the second time just North of Loop on the Meadowbrook. I also saw about 14 monk parakeets at Seamons Neck Park in Seaford. They have been nesting there for at least a year. --
