Good afternoon,

I think this may be my last request for the day. As a reminder, please be sure
to indicate the general location of your sightings, even if a message is a
follow-up to a posting from several days earlier. It only helps to clarify
information to anyone reading a message posted to NYSbirds-L. There are new
people joining all the time and there are always visitors to the area who are
gleaning information from the Web archives. Please keep this in mind when
providing location information in your postings.

There is one caveat, though: please do NOT post specific locations of roosting
owls on NYSbirds-L – see my "Owls and Ethical Birding" message, archived here:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg08965.html (sorry about
the odd formatting).

Thanks very much and good birding!

Sincerely,
Chris T-H
