A Connecticut Warbler found early this morning by Matthew Rymkiewicz & Tom Preston in Prospect Park's Peninsula woods was relocated several times throughout the course of the day. I was with a small group of people at around 4:45pm when I spotted it. I stayed around to help a couple of others looking for it when Paige Linden relocated it near the edge of the lake at approximately 5:30pm. The bird had mostly been feeding in a small stretch of woods just off an area on the Peninsula referred to by birders as the "Thumb". It is noted on this map here:
