This is my first entry on the list, and it's a good one. I saw two Razorbills 100 yards off the northeast corner of Twin Island in Pelham Bay Park, near Orchard Beach, about 4:15 today. Also saw a Rough-legged Hawk over the landfill near the drawbridge that leads to City Island and Orchard Beach. Other notables include Buffleheads, 2 Common Goldeneyes, Wigeons, Gadwalls and Red-breasted Mergansers.
