Alan Goodman, Danny Melore, and I observed the previously reported Tufted Duck today at about 10 AM. It started way over on the east side of the harbor and then, after we went for a quick look at Saint John's Pond, it was up against the ice near the state park's boat launch, which allowed for much better viewing. I hope it sticks through the snow, which was falling heavily when we left...
