I just spoke to Patricia Lindsay who reports a juvenile Lesser Black-backed Gull at Robert Moses SP, southwestern Suffolk County, LI. this is the first juv LBBG on LI this season, and right in line with our experience from past years. There's also at least one adult LBBG present, though she has finished checking the flocks.
