Radar is lighting up with birds all along the Mid-Atlantic Coast once again. 
Between spotty rain projected to come through later along with the 
post-midnight wind shift, there could be fallouts in some places, and there 
will definitely be turnover regardless.
It might not be quite as heavy as last night (which apparently led to extremely 
heavy concentrations of birds today in the NYC-Metro Area from what I heard), 
but it's crankin'.
