To all whom I inadvertantly confused: I was referring to a "hatch out" of large numbers of small insects, probably termites, that attracted a rather large number of feeding birds. The tree limbs and the air above were teeming with insects, with predictable results. I didn't mean to imply that birds were hatching. My apologies.
