Clarification:
The Swallow-tailed Kite seen heading north from Sandy Hook, N.J. was
seen at 2:25 p.m. Daylight Savings Time on Tuesday 4/6/'10. Hawk
reports are initially posted in "standard time" even when daylight
savings has taken effect.
