This morning around 8 AM there was a Red-necked Grebe on the bay side of the
West Pond Trail, a bit east of Terrapin Point, near one or two Horned Grebes.
The third grebe species there was a Pied-billed, on the West Pond in the first
opening (bench 3 or 4). It started raining shortly afterwards, but no swans
were seen out in the bay up to that point
