October 3 - This evening at Tonawanda Wildlife Management Area in Niagara
County at the northeast corner of the intersection of Rt 77 and Griswold
Street there were 2 juvenile Long-billed Dowitchers, 3 Stilt Sandpipers, 8
Killdeer, and Lesser Yellowlegs.

Walking in to the roost area from Owens Bartel Road along the dike between
Wood Marsh and Hunt Club Marsh the were 2 Rusty Blackbirds. At the roost
there were 126 Great Egrets. The White Ibis was not observed, by me or Jay
Powell, but I was busy looking for red leg bands on the egrets...

Best Wishes for Great Birding,
Bill Watson
