I've been lurking on this list for a while (I think I joined up after I moved to West Cumbria nearly 15~ years ago). We’re hiring a contract Rails dev to support our primary engineer (me!) on a large, “railsy” production app. *You’ll:* own end-to-end features, improve reliability, review PRs/pair, and spot smart product/system wins across a small, collaborative org. *Must-haves:* 3–4+ yrs Ruby on Rails (prod), RSpec (tests must pass to merge), Git, solid HTML/CSS/JS. Comfortable working without a designer when needed.
