Hey, all! Hot off the heels of our February meeting, it’s time to announce our March meeting! Thank you to all the folks who attended and spoke in February. We look forward to seeing you all again.
Our March meeting is on Thursday, 20 March. We’ll open the doors at 6.30pm, start at 7pm, and head off to socialise at 8pm. Our friends at Fatsoma will host us at Colony, One Silk Street. More details will appear on our website with a link to follow. You may have noticed that there is no talk topic! Now, here is where you come in. Do any of the following questions inspire you to volunteer? - Important aspects of Rails today that developers should know. - The future of Rails in 1, 5, or 10 years, and the evolution of software development. - The history of Rails and key lessons learned. - What is something you’ve learned recently? - What is something interesting you’ve seen in your work Slack or on a blog? - What is something you have recently stopped doing or changed your opinion about? - Do you have an opposite opinion about a mainstream topic? What other excellent ideas do you have? We’d love to hear them. If you’d like to volunteer, contact us at i...@nwrug.org, and we’ll help you turn your idea into a fantastic talk. —Rob and Tekin -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "North West Ruby User Group (NWRUG)" group.
