Hi all, We're looking for two Ruby Engineers to join team at 360insights. It's a pretty exciting time as the company is growing rapidly (40% a year) though acquisitions and organic growth. I myself joined when Createk was acquired back in 2020.
Over the next three years we are bringing all our modules which have come to 360insights via acquisitions into a single platform. It's a massive effort with some seriously funky tech behind it. The role is 100% remote, although we do have an office in Stratford upon Avon where we hold occasional team events - attendance is of course optional. Quite a few perks with the role, but a few highlights are: - At least 10% personal development time. We run a 6+2 cycle meaning 6 weeks of development and 2 weeks cooldown.
