Thanks Ian, Chris was a valued member of the NWRUG community and we were very sad to hear the news of his passing.
Chris spoke at NWRUG no less than five times, each time diving deep into complex topics that he somehow managed to make understandable and approachable to all. The depth of his contributions to the Ruby community are hard to overstate. As well as Aaron’s tribute below, please also read Mike Dalessio's <https://twitter.com/flavorjones/status/1600436490885947393> and Justin Searls’ <https://blog.testdouble.com/posts/2022-12-07-the-best-kind-of-brilliant/>. He will be sorely missed.
