Enjoy Manchester. It's a great city.

I was considering various coworking places back in Spring.
The one that I was going to choose because it offered flexibility and a good
bunch of companies in the building (Co-op Digital / Thougtworks) was Federation
- http://www.thefederation.coop/ You need to meet their ethical criteria.

As an alternative WeWork were gaining popularity, and offered that end of the
day socialising environment, as they had an ale bar. The clientel tended to be
more established businesses, and it's a premium price point. And at the time
many offers were available, but now they're more established perhaps less
so...but imagine they're still trying to fill the office that's opposite the
town hall - which would be a great view to have.

On the otherside of the town hall is Headspace, in a really sensitively done
restoration and conversion;
https://www.headspacegroup.co.uk/location/manchester/

There's another on Princess Street, is more startup focused. Can't remember
it's name right now.

Good luck, and if you're ever in Berlin checkout Factory. If anyone has
recommendations for Malaga (rubyists, clients & coworking), then I'll be there
from the beginning of November.

Cheers,
Ian.

Subject: [NWRUG] Co-working in Manchester
Date: Mon, 24 Sep 2018 12:40:21 -0700 (PDT)

Hi all,

We are a London based startup - www.resolver.co.uk - and one of our devs is in
the process of moving to the Manchester area. Does anyone have any
recommendations for co-working space ? In addition to giving him somewhere
inspiring to work we'd also look to grow the team there so he's not so lonely.

Regards,

Steve Creedon
