Hey NWRUG, Happy Friday! We (Manchester General Code First: Girls) will be running the Code First: Girls Ruby course in October. This is the first time this has been run in Manchester outside of the university, and is open to all women/non-binary aged 18-23 OR currently studying, OR graduated within the last two years.
We're incredibly excited to be running the follow-on course after three successful HTML/CSS courses over the last couple of years. It's an eight-week course, taught on Monday evenings at ThoughtWorks in Federation. The course dates are 15th October - 3 December. So... if you know somebody who would like to learn programming, we'd love for them to apply! Full details are here: https://www.codefirstgirls.org.uk/free-community-courses.html And the direct link to the application form is here: https://codefirstgirls.typeform.com/to/NVk143 Any questions, feel free to email me on/off list :) Cheers, Sam (and Anna, Harriet, Tim & Maartje) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "North West Ruby User Group (NWRUG)" group.
