Based in the NQ of Manchester we are currently a team of 4 but with new investment we will be growing this team over the next few years. Being involved early means that this role could easily develop into Head of Engineering/Development or Principle Developer/Architect depending on your career aspirations. Right now it's a hands on role with responsibilities covering the full stack. Mentoring less experienced team members, supporting personal development and recruitment will also be involved, but direct line management does not have to be part of the role. As a young team everyone is imputing into ways of working and helping to develop a really good open and collaborative environment. We are open to all backgrounds and you don't need to tick off everything on the job description to have a chat.
