For our project (Harrow) we're searching for a designer to help us with
some of the early materials. In the end, we're looking for a long term
relationship if someone is open for that, but at least we have a few
concrete tasks where our skills as developers aren't really helping.
We're looking for, the shortlist:
- Familiarity with Bootstrap, because we'd like
- A bootstrap theme based on some of the CI and colours. (and some
input about how much we screwed up that part)
- A Wordpress theme (hosted Wordpress) based on the bootstrap theme
(we might be able to do this ourselves)
- Assistance to clean-up and beautify our investor pitch deck, basically
finished, but horribly ugly.
- Assistance to come up with some decent HTML email templates, based on
Mandrill or Mailchimp.
If anyone would like to discuss it further, I can often be found (leehambley)
on Freenode in #nwrug, or via the list, or on Skype or Google talk (
leehambley, [email protected] respectively).
I know we have some great talent in Manchester, I'll be back in town Aug
01->14th, and would love to meet and make a plan.
We don't have any huge time pressure, but we desperately need to at least
start the ball rolling, and find a style we can live with, and that will
grow with our brand.
I hope to hear from someone! (Also, if my ideas about how to proceed are
insane, glad to hear about that too!)
