You'll need to be enthusiastic, interested in learning something new every day, and show a dedicated passion for your craft. This role is for you if: * you're excited by code, and developing solutions * you have experience with Ruby, and ideally the Ruby on Rails framework * the acronyms BDD, TDD, CI not only mean something, but excite * you currently work to agile methodologies, or are keen to work to them * you're a talented developer with an incredible eye for detail and you strive for perfection * you're interested in continual improvement and you're a self-proclaimed early adopter * you contribute to the team and can communicate effectively with others * you can talk passionately about the area that excites you the most Why we're right for you: * We're a fully committed agile team. We work with sprint planning, user stories, story points, velocity, and burndown charts. * We plan, implement, commit, push, code review and continuously integrate. * We use BDD and TDD practices and unit test all areas of our code. * We utilise popular SaaS tools, including Basecamp, Pivotal Tracker and Github. * We're like you.
