This has been my sticking point with them. Hearing about today's launch, I 
signed into my beta account on Tuesday to see if they'd changed it.

They hadn't; the UI still pointed out you needed a US bank account ot charge in 
USD.

I signed in again when I saw today's blog post, and finally, you can.

Rather than pay USD in directly, they convert USD to GBP or EUR for you, and 
pay that in. So effectively, as far as most of us are concerned, it's as good 
as.
