Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in the following areas: - Building, deploying and scaling ruby applications - Sysadmin skills - Automating environment setup using Chef - Dealing with customers The job comes with the following perks: - A competitive salary - Two conferences per year - Last year, I went to RubyConf and forgot about the second :) - Two sabbatical weeks per year - essentially two weeks where you can work on a vaguely work related project of your own choosing and get paid for it. - Two training courses per year - A full Support team meet-up in the US.
