Sorry guys, only just spotted the responses to this thread. It's hopefully no more than a couple of days work - may only be a day.
Essentially we have inherited a system from another dev house and it's not been documented at all. It's a little old and we're having difficulties getting it running on a new (stage) server so we can move the hosting to another provider. Essentially, we can't even getting it running locally. it's using some deprecated Gems we can't source; but to be honest we're not experienced RoR devs. The site will likely be replaced in the coming months anyway, so this is a stopgap to fix the immediate issues before we move forwards. THere is a payment gateway which appears to not be functioning and the live site appears to have stopped relaying emails since the old dev house cut it loose from their Git Repo. Day rates: Ideally around £300 but I'd be willing to talk. The main stipulation is that you need to come into our Manchester office to site with the dev who's looking at this. Feel free to contact me directly on: [email protected] 07961422985 Cheers, Steve P.S: Thanks for the reference Jim. Hope the house move went ok.
