Hi all We currently don't have any presentations or other session ideas lined up for January (which should be on the 10th, as it's the second Monday), so now is a good time to get in touch if there's anything you'd like to talk about.
In the past we've had presentations by me, James Almond, Jon Rowe, Jan Wedekind, Ian White, about (in some sort of order that vaguely relates to the speakers) Scottish Ruby Conference, Ethiopian food, machine vision, RSpec, Rails, Pickle, and Ruby Fibers. Our next topic is Indian food. Out of the three most regular Shruggers (me, James and Jon), it's my turn to fill in. But it would be nice to start the new year with something and/or someone new and different. If you have an idea for a session, feel free to contact me directly, or join the shrug-members list[1] and propose it there. The usual ShRUG venue is The GIST Lab[2]. It's pretty much directly opposite the station, if anyone wants to visit from eg Manchester or Leeds... hint hint =) Cheers Ash [1] http://groups.google.com/group/shrug-members [2] http://thegisthub.net/groups/gistlab/ -- http://www.patchspace.co.uk/ http://www.linkedin.com/in/ashleymoran -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "NWRUG" group.
