Noooo... they float in a big cloud and occasionally pass over the UK! =) We were having this discussion at ShRUG[1] last night. I'm firmly in the camp that having deployed two apps in a matter of minutes, I *really* don't care where the servers are. Having them hosted in the UK will not make me more money. But losing development time to server management costs me a lot. That said, if they offered an EU version, I would use that.
