There is no quick way =)  You need your background to log in and set  
up the site with the appropriate domain.  Using the GUI.  Like a real  
human being!

I take a hard line that *everything* goes through a public interface.   
Makes things a little more verbose, but it drives out an admin  
interface, and OMG it makes your life less stressful...

It's a pretty new feature, so that's probably why you missed it.
