If you do have to bring a file back after removing, be sure and to COPY the
backup over and not simply rename it. I've run into multiple times during
o365 migrations where a previous autocomplete.dat file gets renamed yet
gets wiped out when starting outlook the first time. Do it a second time
and it works. Never took the time to figure out why that happens but it's
happened to me enough times that I always copy into place and not
move/rename.
