My company uses it but I don't know how frequently the test is done. I have not seen the training. The office from what I have over heard our network security people say liked the tests. It really pointed out problem areas within the company. I think the IT department is exempt from the testing since most of us come from a lot of different backgrounds and most are extremely careful when online.
