We did. I really enjoyed the movie. And the Nutanix presentation was ok, as
well.

That's cool. I just had the same thing (meeting a listmember, not the language
issue). Bob Free attended the Powershell class with me last week. Was pretty
cool.

Subject: [NTSysADM] Well...

Tonight I met up with Webster who I've only previously corresponded with thru
these mailing lists....and besides me having had a few looseners with fellow
ACA Paul Mepham beforehand, and the noise in the restaurant, and the general
lateness of our meals....well, to be honest, I warned Web beforehand he
wouldn't understand my thick north-eastern accent, and polite as he was, I
don't think he had a clue what I was on about!

But I am pleased to finally make some connect between the offline and online
worlds I inhabit, and talk face-to-face with those who influence me from the
context of these lists.

In fact I think mr webster should meet me for lunch tomorrow so I can actually
make an impression on him he can understand, I feel kinda guilty I can
understand him but he couldn't work out what I was saying....

But it was a pleasure to make my first "list acquaintance" anyway!

Cheers,

JR
