Suddenly my ntopng (1.99, binary, ubuntu 12.04LTS) expericences the following

I re-installed ntopng today(2.0- binary, ubuntu 12.04lts) and I experience the
same issue.
I just purchased a professional license today and looking to find out if there’s
any workaround and I could fix this issue or I should just re-install the whole
system?

Could you please provide your ntopng configuration? Also, are you using a stable
or nightly build?
