Hi Marcel
there are a few options, for n2disk we recommend Napatech or 
Fiberblaze as they support native bulk PCAP mode.
As of the storage, you can use n2disk to write to multiple NVMe
disks in parallel (I do not have a specific model to recommend) or
you can use SAS HDDs with 2-3 Raid controllers (each controller is
usually able to write up to 35-45Gbps).
