I had an impression that the luatex version is the stable one, but there's currently a bit of a problem since official context beta requires the latest luatex from svn trunk and that version doesn't work with "current" context. I need to fix that somehow. Does at least a hello-world program work? You might need to wait for Hans and Taco to come back and fix the problem. One thing that you can try is to take the latest version of luatex from w32tex (ftp://akagi.ms.u-tokyo.ac.jp/pub/TeX/win32/luatex-dev-w32.tar.bz2) and try the --context=alpha just to see if it works any better, but the latest version of ConTeXt might suffer from a few other problems.
