I have to push out the code sometime, otherwise it will never be ready.
But it will not be on this year's texlive, that has 'only' mpost 1.005
and an outdated version of mplib inside luatex.exe of two months ago
or so (0.25.4).  Gives us plenty of time to test before texlive 2009.
