- inner. Is inserted at the start of the item text?

Is it possible to have multiline headers beside multiline description text?
The following is ugly, after the first line of the text there’s a gap to
the end of the header:

It’s not that I need to solve this problem – if that’s not possible with
a description, I’ll just document it as such. Or better hint at which
construction is better suited.
