Sorry, I didn’t really check before.
There should be a .tma file for each installed module – you can look
into it, it’s just text and contains a lua table.
Did the output of the script look like in Keith’s example, or was there
an error message?

The only obvious error I see is "-all" instead of "--all".
Did you call the command within the tex folder (below install.sh)? (If
not, you should have seen an error message.)
