It looks like you might have an incompatible binary installed. Did you install the OpenBSD version on the contextgarden page or from some other source such as a TeXLive CD/DVD? <https://wiki.contextgarden.net/Input_and_compilation/Installation> If you have both installed, are you sure your path is set to pick up the latest one?
