It is a «new» European law: European Accessibility Act (EAA). Until 28th of
June 2025 it has to be transposed by EU-members into national law. E.g.
Germany will have a «Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz» (BFSG) in June 2025.

Thus, publishing houses must provide «alt» descriptions for all images included
in publications.

How can this be done with ConTeXt LMTX?
