for the installation of ConTeXt, when the shell script `install.sh` start to
run, any way
to show the downloading progress when it fetches the zip from the site?

For example:

```
mtx-install     | fetching 'http://lmtx.pragma-ade.com/install-lmtx//texmf.zip'
```

It looks stopped while the downloading is going on. but the user may wrongly
regard
something goes wrong When the networking speed is slow.

Two options would be nice:

a) just how the current percentage of the downloaded data;

b) even better, under the line, starting a new line, starting with a
percentage, then followed
by dash characters plus an arrow like `->` to show the downloading progress
dynamically --- while
the downloaded data adding up, the number of dash characters prolongs
accordingly.
