* Following libfuse 3.0.0, all writes are big. Many distributions have
been testing this since forever, so this should be safe now.
* Following libfuse 3.6.0 (commit 027d0d1), the maximum write size is
lifted to 1 MiB. The max safe volume size mechanism has been modified
to calculate a safe max_write instead. This will also make external
libfuse deployments safer, as they might have been inadvently exposed
to the situations that our limitation was to prevent.

My mail client is acting up, so please excuse me and use the link:
https://github.com/AOSC-Dev/ntfs-3g/commit/2900f2226a7368707333b91d2cb1610f3d7eee30.patch

I manually cherry-picked most of 027d0d1 into libfuse-internal for the
larger write limit.

The big_writes default change was done by only modifying
src/{low,}ntfs-3g.c.

Mingye Wang (Artoria2e5)
