[ns] How to add cpptcl header to ns2

Hi sir,

i  am Alagappan using ns2.35 in ubuntu 12.10 , now i would like to execute
my .cc file associated with tcl script. i have downloaded
cpptcl-1.1.3.tar.gz , and i would like to know , how to add these
downloaded package to existing ns-2.35
