Hello mohd, first of all, your question is not clear, what do you mean by "built adijkstra tcl"?
If I understand, you want to write the Dijkstra algorithm in a tcl program! see Link State routing protocol (rtProtoLS), and exactly the procedure Compute-routes, this method is the routing algorithm based on Dijkstra algorithm.
