[ns] RED parameters

HI!!
 
Would like to clarify some things with you.
I tried to vary only the min and max thresholds for RED, so as to conclude the 
min and max behaviors, however, no matter how i change the thresholds, the 
results are the same.
 
When i change the threshold values + the throughput of the channel where RED is 
implemented, the packetloss remains the same, but there is delay.
 
How should i change so that it becomes drastic change?
