Yes, I lost a hardware token and revoked some subkeys.

It is available by WKD, via

   gpg --locate-external-key [email protected]

Is that enough for your / Fedora's purposes? Otherwise I'm happy to
upload to some keyserver.

For completeness / the archives, it is also available from

    gpg --keyserver keyring.debian.org --recv-key 7E4E65C8720B706B

That keyserver does not federate (or whatever the lingo is) though.
