Hello, I will soon need to synchronize my notmuch database between two computers, and looking at its man page, it seems that notmuch-git is a nice solution for this. Is there a tutorial that shows how to get started with it? More precisely, I would like to learn the following.
- How do I create the initial repository from my notmuch database?
- What is the workflow to use? For instance:
- download and tag some mail on computer 1
- run a notmuch git command (which one?)
- switch to computer 2, what do I do to synchronize it (I guess
download the mail there and run a notmuch git command)?
- What happens if I tag mail on both computers?
